Johnstown Castle is a Gothic Revival castle located in Johnstown, Murntown, County Wexford. The casele was built in the late 12th century by the Esmonde family, Normans who came to southeast Ireland from Lincolnshire in the 1170s after the Norman invasion of Ireland.
Book a guided tour of the restored 19th-century Castle and explore its unique servants’ tunnel which is the longest domestic servants’ tunnel in Ireland. Admire the castle and its Gothic towers, magical turrets and arched windows.
